This is what the customer sees now, as you can see the shipping method can be edited so obviously they choose the free option. By them doing this it makes the free shipping the default for he next order that is made and so on and so on etc.
I’m very grateful for all this help!
Here is an order from last night, personal details have been removed. You can see the time ordered and the products with prices paid. Digital image is free shipping because I email to the customer. This was working at 20.26 London time.
No I don’t think I have that but not needed it before. So do I need this to price different sizes prints accordingly or say print and canvas? I’ll add screenshots later as have to go out.
Thank you
It was working fine yesterday, I sell digital images for social media and they are emailed out so they need the free shipping. I have 3 product categories, prints , canvas and digital. They should all have their own shipping price but I must have clicked something to change this to allow customers to choose. Obviously they are choosing free, which sets the free option to default for the next order.

Iām trying this whilst not logged in.
When I select an image, chose a product (any size Print), add to cart, view cart and the Shipping cost is the last selected price, continue to checkout and I can edit all the fields \contact info/shipping address and shipping method. If I select the free shipping method, it alters the Order Summery box to free shipping regardless that it should be the shipping cost for a print. The free shipping method then becomes the default for any subsequent orders.
How do I change this to make the default shipping method fixed or unable to edit?
Thank you!
I mentioned this a week ago, see my post further down. There is an option in Sunshine/Galleries/Display Options/Show Image Data where you can select ‘Filename’ but it doesn’t work if you have anything inserted in the ‘Headline’ field in your metadata as that where it takes the info from. I don’t understand why it can’t take the info from the ‘Filename’ field in the exif data? I have had to strip all Headline fields in the images to get the image title to appear under the image which is not ideal when selling digital images. I use Adobe Bridge and the Title field is blank by default so I would have to insert the file name manually on every image uploaded which would take forever.
If image file name is on the thumbnail in the gallery then it should show up when viewing and when placed in the cart.

In the above link the image numbers are showing but at the top of the image? Should it be like this?
EDIT: I have noticed it is taking the data from the Headline field in the exif data, if there is no data in the Headline field it will display the image number above the image rather than the Headline info. None of the images have the image number under the image………I think š
Many thanks for your help on this!
In most of the galleries there are no file names under the image. Therefore there is no way for anyone to know what image is what. If the customer places the image in the cart and proceeds to checkout, I receive an email with the order telling me what image they have bought. Without an image number I have no way of telling. I have it set to display the image number under the image but it’s not doing it on all images.
If you look through this gallery there are no image numbers. When the image is placed in the cart I have no way of knowing what image it is.
