Change settings to hide on home page and front page. It seems to be working at the moment. Set auto at 80%, so it doesn’t block content on mobile if it hangs up.
Checked it on FF, Chrome, mobiletest.me.

In reply to: [Ultimate Floating Widgets - Make popup sidebars] EzoicNo, I deactivated it. It’s set across the site, but it hung up and blocked ads on the site. Would ezoic cache cause this issue?
