if checked that option, you will get two or more item inserted to cart instead of append the quantity. Please try on/off the option and add the same item twice and more, and see the difference behavior

Yes, I noticed. But ‘instead of append the quantity’ is the behavior I need, increasing the quantity with 2/4/6 or whatever has been set for the specific product.
