Thanks for the patch. The issue is resolved now.

I am able to access the activity log from MainWP dashboard.

Hi @lucianwpwhite ,

I have only single sites. Some child sites have 5.5.4 and some are having 5.6.0. I observed this issue after the WP Activity Log plugin updated to 5.6.0 on my MainWP dashboard site.

The dashboard looks to be updating correctly after 1 day. I am using LSCache by the way.

After exploring further, it turn out that only the contact owner can view the notes. Not even the CRM manager can view notes under contact belong to a different contact owner.

Maybe this is the workflow for WP ERP CRM .
