I’m halfway to the answer. By manipulating the shortcode generator to
[my_calendar format=”calendar” time=”month” above=”nav,toggle,jump” below=”feeds”]I was able to remove “General”
What remains below is RSS, ICal, and IGoogle.
I am trying to remove RSS because it is uneeded but keep the two calendar download options.
Ideas for that?
Thanks Joe. My other question was how to eliminate General and RSS from showing in the Categories on the bottom of the page… Tried the output options and this did not work. Looking thru plugin files to find and comment out but not successful yet.
Ideas?
Added to this, is there an easy way to find your calendar theme for first TR and for event pages to colorize a bit? I am using Inspect element but it is slow going.
These are great helps. I got google maps to work thankfully and have one more problem.
On iphone and PC, GENERAL and RSS still show even though in output area of settings they are below the black line.
Ideas?

One struggle still is getting the map to work. I think I am having terrible with my api.
Actually both Google and Outlook show up twice… (Ie double).

Jonathan@joedolson I have the same problem and on both ipad or iphone cannot get view to show the calendar. Just can only click to get to created events (no calendar).
Ideas?
