Thanks, appreciate the help! I had the log on errors, not everything. I changed that setting and waiting on the error to happen and log. Then I’ll open the ticket.
I was able to check with a user. Basically, all went as expected until payment information (on PayPal page) was submitted. Then the error message “things don’t appear to be working at the moment.”
Looking online, I confirmed that my PayPal account accepted payment from non-encrypted websites. My IPN setting was off – simply adding a return URL and activating it seems to have solve the issue (at least with this one user).
I’m marking this resolved.
update: reverting to version 2.6.89 brings the forms back on the website.
