Thanks for these details. The issue was indeed not linked to Neve but to another plugin which was doing some wrong SQL on comments, causing them not to print.

Our site uses WooCommerce Stripe Gateway addin to process card payments with stripe.
Please note that our customer did not get any notification on his baking app to authenticate and confirm the payment. The payment just quickly failed on the web site.
How can we troubleshoot this please?

I have the issue too.
It prevents any checkout when a product is bought on my wordpress site which is bad.
What is the fix please? Is there a patched plugin available?

I have the error: chCounter: MySQL error!
Downgraded to an older version of this plugin and it works back.
This plugin looks broken.
