I’ve also tried setting plugins to auto update but the woo plugins tick box is greyed out.

Hi,
Thanks for the response. WordPress isn’t showing any updates available so I downloaded the latest version of woocommerce and I tried uploading manually but I get the attached page when I ask it to replace current.
