I had the same issues. Logos were loading in the backend but our frontend just showed “No logo found”. Rolled back to version 1.1 and the logos came back.

I do understand that some questions require a deeper look into it from a technical point of view.
Somehow I missed the monthly option for Caldera Pro. I’ll get in touch with your support directly.
