    Hmmm…I changed the #content-head like you said but still when I load it, the page source says it’s 170px instead of 75.

    This is what my stylesheet says:

    #header{
    	background:url("") no-repeat scroll 90% 90% transparent;
    	height:75px;
    	padding:0;
    	position:relative;
    }

    And this is what my page source says:

    <style type="text/css">
            #content-head {
                background:url() no-repeat 90% 90%;
    			position: relative;
    			padding:0px;
    			height:170px;
            }
        </style></head>

    Not sure where to update the page background image you mentioned, they seem to be in the right place still but the white space is there. The header image php looks like this:

    <?php
    /**
     * @package WordPress
     * @subpackage Belle
     */

    /** @ignore */
    $img = 'default_header.jpg';

    // If we don't have image processing support, redirect.
    if ( ! function_exists('imagecreatefromjpeg') )
    	die(header("Location: default_header.jpg"));

    // Assign and validate the color values
    $default = false;
    $vars = array('upper'=>array('r1', 'g1', 'b1'), 'lower'=>array('r2', 'g2', 'b2'));
    foreach ( $vars as $var => $subvars ) {
    	if ( isset($_GET[$var]) ) {
    		foreach ( $subvars as $index => $subvar ) {
    			$length = strlen($_GET[$var]) / 3;
    			$v = substr($_GET[$var], $index * $length, $length);
    			if ( $length == 1 ) $v = '' . $v . $v;
    			$$subvar = hexdec( $v );
    			if ( $$subvar < 0 || $$subvar > 255 )
    				$default = true;
    		}
    	} else {
