Does this fix the “Only For Fist Time Visit” feature. It’s not working on my site.

Having a similar problem but I have tried my best to hack a theme and can’t line up this text all in one line. See http://notboxings.com/
It should read:
follow me on twitter @sydneysarachan to subscribe, enter your email address:[field] [subscribe button] all in one line.
What am I doing wrong?
