In case anyone cares, the problem was in the server configuration. He spoke with his host and they fixed it.

I hate to bump, but no one knows? The URL is http://netsenseintelligence.com/
I checked and the version of PHP and MySQL are up to date and newer than the required versions.
I wonder if it has something to do with the permissions?
