Thank you for your detailed follow-up and for explaining your proposed workaround.
At the moment, there isn’t any pre-existing custom code or snippet available for this specific requirement. The behavior you’re aiming for—conditionally allowing guest users to bypass the MAS Companies workflow while keeping it enforced for logged-in employers—is not supported out of the box.
Implementing this would require a fairly advanced level of custom development, as it involves conditionally altering how the plugin handles company creation and job submission based on user state (logged-in vs guest). This would likely take a considerable amount of time to design, develop, and test properly.

Thank you for your detailed explanation — we understand the use case you’re trying to achieve.
By default, the MAS Companies for WP Job Manager plugin is designed that companies must be created separately. During job submission, only companies that have already been created and associated with the logged-in employer are available for selection.
Because of this structure:
- The plugin does not support creating a new company directly from the job submission form.
- Guest users cannot enter or attach company details when submitting a job.
- This approach helps prevent duplicate companies from being added to the system.

These plugin post type menus tabs load default from plugin. If you are activate any other plugins in your site please disable your plugins and activate WordPress default themes and test.

I have tested my local and it works fine without above error. Please make sure you tested your site without third party plugins ? And also you configured correct TMDB API key from Appearance > Customize > MAS Videos > General.

Please make sure you follow below steps to change post type name.
- Create new page with your post type name.
- Configured create new page in Appearance > Customize > MAS Videos > Movies > Movies Page ( same for videos and tv shows )
- Once page configure need to update permalink in Settings > Permalink > Save Changes.
