My theme indeed is not from http://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/. It is http://www.bluchic.com/shop/adelle-theme .
There it says “Enable custom widgets”, is that what is needed to create new widget areas ?
Or as I have installed their theme, I guess I should be able to just add the code provided in your link http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Widgetizing_Themes, right? Nothing prevents me from doing it ?
