I also don’t seem to be able to access any support even though I’m logged into my account that I purchased the product from. I just keep seeing this error:

“Have a paid product and seeing this note? Be sure to log into your WordPress.com account that you used to purchase the product!”

I’m definitely logged into my account but I keep going round in circles, how I am suppose to get help if it’s impossible to get hold of anyone?!

Hi Jeroen,

Thanks for the quick reply but I don’t think that’s the issue. I’ve only just installed the cachcing plugin after I wrote the message above so I don’t think that’s related (I’ll exclude it anyway). How can I remove the empty lines from the sitemap?

Thanks for the reply, sorry I thought I’d marked this as resolved. The issue was caused by a Custom Product Status plugin that I had running on the site. For some reason it wasn’t showing orders with custom statuses set, it just needed updating.

Thanks for the reply when I de-activated the plugins I did them all in one go, does that change anything? I’m reluctant to switch the theme as I’ve issues in the past with other plugins resetting when the theme is changed.

Changing the pagination to 20 per page brings back the pagination however it only allows you to cycle back 3 pages (so 57 orders instead of 1409 which have been placed).

Thanks for the reply, sorry I think this might have been a false alarm. I’m going to take another look at this issue next week and will update this ticket if it does look like an issue with your plugin clashing.
