Also to add, it seems to only give this error on the plugins menu. All other wordpress menus work fine, it’s just the plugins folder and then DIVI giving me errors.

So I have disabled the plugins folder and then the site would give a php error.
When I disable both the plugins and theme folders, it goes to white screen.
