    I AM NOT ACTIVELY USING YOUR PRODUCT. Yes I had to install the product to realize that it does not work. I am simply asking you to the do the right thing and process the refund. I am not using your product nor will I ever. In such tough times I’m requesting that you act human and make an exception and process a refund.
