Hello, I am having the exact same issue of W3TC modifying my two websites robot.txt file with:
# BEGIN W3TC ROBOTS
User-agent: *
Disallow: /wp-content/cache/
# END W3TC ROBOTS
This is creating error on my sites and I cannot find where to remove it.
Please advise.

The strange thing is http://bellafsm.com correctly 301 redirects. It is only https://bellafsm.com 302 redirects.
Why would http return 301 and https return 302?
Do I have nginx or something in WP set up incorrectly?
