r3.org is the domain name that is supposed to redirect to the host which is at newr3.dreamhosters.com. Would putting r3.org in the site address and WP address fields in general settings take it out of the iframe and show it as a WP site (this is how joanszechtman.com is set up, but on GoDaddy instead of dreamhosters). BTW, all the pages are static, neither site is a blog.

Not exactly. Right now, only the domain name shows on every page if you access through the domain name (r3.org). However, if you access through the hosts’ dns name (newr3.dreamhosters.com), each page will have a unique address following the newr3… address. What we want is to have the unique part of the address to follow r3.org when other than the home page is selected.

I have a WP website (joanszechtman.com) and I do get the unique pages showing when other than the home page is selected. The only difference that I can see between the two sites are the WP address and site address fields in general settings. My site has my domain name in both fields, where as the r3 site has the newr3… in both fields. So my hope is that the webmaster can easily fix the issue by putting r3.org in both fields of the Richard III Society site, but want to know if this is correct.

So are you saying that putting the domain name in those two fields in General Settings won’t accomplish what we want? We’re happy with the domain name, don’t want to rewrite it.
