In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woo Support Not Helping@2chicks my name is Job, and I’m the head of support for WooCommerce. From what I can tell, the problem you’ve faced was with a plugin connected to OPMC, which is a vendor on WooCommerce.com. We have chosen to let vendors use their own support tools, without the need to loop us in. The result of that has been faster support (because the tickets arrive in the system vendors use), and it’s more secure as well.
That said, if there are quality problems, then we’d love to hear. You can let us know via the support form on WooCommerce.com (select presales and “core woocommerce plugin”, and mention this thread). Alternatively, if you’re on the Make WordPress Slack, you can find me there and I can share my email with you so we can find out more.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Awful pluginHey @alexnic99, thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. As much as we’d want to keep the five stars you’ve given it seems that you made a mistake and meant to only give us 1 star, so maybe best to update that?
That said, we’d love to try to turn it into a genuine 5-star review. Can you get in touch via woocommerce.com and there reach out to us? Please mention this thread, and we’ll at least help you properly deactivate and delete Woo.
Hi @wudman – thanks for this detailed review. You’re right that this is not the support (or product quality) you should expect from us. And you’re also right that by the time we say it’s a conflict, we should’ve ruled out that it is indeed not a plugin/extensions problem.
I can see on our system that we’ve followed up eventually. I can also see that the bug you’ve experienced with Table Rate Shipping is fixed and will be shipped in the next version of the extension.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] I cant customize my checkout pageHey @jgh66g that doesn’t look right indeed.
A few questions:
- Could you share your system status report, found under WooCommerce > Status?
- Do you use the same theme on your other sites? If not, could you temporarily try another theme like Storefront?
- On the cart page, I also don’t see anything shipping related, is that disabled to do calculations there? Or is it possible that your products are set to be “virtual”?
We look forward to your reply!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] my account payment method visual flaw #2That’s great to hear! I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
Hey @wilksgrendai I would recommend looking at PayPal Payments. I have just tested this with AUD and it works. I did see a notice there that could also explain why it’s greyed out on PayPal Checkout as PayPal sets limitations for using “Pay Later”:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/1yfUJTHi @shahank, that’s not ideal indeed. Let’s figure out what could be causing this. I’ve got a few questions for you:
- Do you know what PayPal method is used? Credit card, PayPal express? Something else?
- Can you reproduce this on the site using the same flow as the customer?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Do not change the regular price of products while using coupon@webmastervilla2 you cannot hide the actual price the customer paid as that would be fraudulent towards the accounting of your site. You need to display the actual price on the order even if that is the sales price.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woo commerce – broken / no table foundHey @lwphotography04 – this means that the database tables aren’t created as they should. There are two options:
- Go to: WooCommerce > Status > Tools and there find “Verify Database Tables”
- Alternatively, install the plugin mentioned here in this GitHub comment

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Visual and text editor blank with WooCommerce 4.71.Hey @redkite – I’m using the latest version of WooCommerce on my site and I can’t reproduce this, even with several other extensions enabled.
Can you contact your host and as if there are any error logs?
Next to that, when you go to a page that has the editor, can you inspect the element and see if there are any errors displayed in the console.
Finally, when you mention that you’ve disabled all plugins: does this mean that with only WooCommerce and a default theme you’re still having this problem?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Sale & Regular Price on Product PageHey, this is likely because your theme is overriding the default WooCommerce template. When I try this with WooCommerce and Storefront, this is what I see:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/zliNP1I’ve seen that your site uses the Oshin theme so contacting the theme author will be the best approach to addressing this. Another indication for this is that “Show strikeout price on product page” is not an option of WooCommerce core so it must be your theme or another plugin that allows for this. Here’s where to contact the theme author: https://themeforest.net/item/oshine-creative-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/9545812
Given that this is not a question regarding WooCommerce core, I’ll mark this thread as resolved.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Do not change the regular price of products while using couponHi @webmastervilla2 – do I understand it correctly that you’d still like to show that for example it was £20 before the sale:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/zTcbZvI do know that working with coupons shows the price separately so maybe that is an option:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/UAe7tRAlternatively, you’d have to customise the order totals template to still show the regular price. You could hire a developer to create this feature for you. We highly recommend using a developer from our WooCommerce Customizations Page.
Finally, in this thread on the same topic, @serafinnyc is recommending a plugin that can be used for this.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Add on Price for Seller productsHey @vkrishna I’m not aware of a core function or an extension that does this.
With the Product Vendors extension you can set up a marketplace approach and automatically charge 15% off all sales that vendors make, but that is dependent on the price the vendor enters and doesn’t change what the customer sees. https://woocommerce.com/products/product-vendors/
You could maybe try adding all vendors into a different tax class and charge 15% on top of that, but this wouldn’t work well together with your other taxes and it might be very confusing for your customers to see this in the checkout.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Unique User Account For Each Copy Of Virtual Product Sold?Hey @salpetriere you can customise your checkout fields with https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-checkout-field-editor/ or use this custom code: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/tutorial-customising-checkout-fields-using-actions-and-filters/
That said, you’d need to find a way to conditionally add fields based on the number of products added. If you’d like to hire someone to help you with that, you can find a list of trusted developers here: WooCommerce Customizations Page.
