I selected payment capture as “Authorized the payment when the order is placed.”
Does ”Nonchargeable” means that can be authorized when customer typed card info, but it hasn’t captured it yet??

It is showing in the amazon pay box.
Charge permission xxxxx is NonChargeable
(TransactionsAmountExceeded)Charge xxxx is Authorized.
After click capture fund button,
it is showing asCharge permission xxxxx is NonChargeable
(TransactionsAmountExceeded)Charge xxxx is Captured.
Looks like the order is charged on amazon.
I wonder if the “nonchargeable” message is just showing and I should ignore?
