Thank you very much for your assistance and responses.
I have performed several additional tests to isolate the issue. I disabled all other plugins and left only Contact Form 7 and WP Mail SMTP active. I also switched my website theme to a default WordPress theme for testing purposes, disabled all cache systems, and temporarily disabled the firewall. However, the issue still persists.
I would also like to mention that I have not installed Honeypot or any additional anti-spam plugin.
Regarding SMTP, as I mentioned previously, native WordPress emails are being sent correctly. For example:
- Password reset emails are delivered successfully
- New user registration emails are delivered successfully
I also tested other plugins such as WooCommerce, and their emails are sent without any problems.
Finally, I even created a small custom plugin to send test emails directly through WordPress, and those emails are also delivered correctly.
At this point, the issue seems to affect only Contact Form 7 forms.
Do you have any additional suggestions or ideas about what could be causing this behavior?

I currently have 3 Contact Form 7 forms on my website, and none of them are working properly.
It is important to mention that before configuring SMTP authentication, all forms were working correctly without any issues.
After implementing SMTP through the WP Mail SMTP plugin, native WordPress emails and emails sent by other plugins are working correctly with authenticated SMTP. The issue only occurs with Contact Form 7 forms.

Additionally, I inspected the network response using the Mozilla Firefox developer tools, and the form submission returns the following status:
status: "spam" posted_data_hash: ""I am also attaching a screenshot of the network inspector response for reference.
