Thanks for clarifying. That makes sense — it appears our consent management platform is blocking Klaviyo’s scripts before consent, so the popup won’t load.
We’ll adjust our cookie banner to allow Klaviyo’s form scripts to run as “functional” so the popup can display without tracking until consent is given. If you have any official guidance or best-practice notes on classifying third-party form/popup scripts (functional vs. marketing) for WooCommerce sites, I’d appreciate a link.

Minden jót kívánok!Szia! Még az jutott eszembe, ha a szállítási telefonszám mező max. limit (11 karakter) nem maszkolás lenne, hanem figyelmeztetés, akkor az nagyban segíteni.

I translated the .po file, I compiled the .mo file and still the same.
Any other method to solve it? Is it possible to turn off this sentence?
