Hi Bharat,
The way the text is presented on the cover page is – By ‘Username’ via ‘Channel Name’You have selected hide username thus ‘By Username’ is currently hidden and the cover just displays ‘via BharatKaravadra’
As you can see here in the link the via name is now appearing.

The reason you are not seeing the user is because you have selected to hide the created by user. UnCheck the box that says “Hide created by User”
If you leave this check box empty it will show the user, if you select it, it will not show it.

Firstly I would recommend you to check you are using the most updated version of our wordpress plugin!Secondly I would suggest to check your div container to ensure that it is not restricting iframe or has height restrictions. If you adjust these settings in the div container, the VoicR will show correctly.

Under the My Publishers section- this is where you can add a role for a team member. This place allows you to input the email address your team member used to create their user account. (A team member must have a user account if you are going to assign them a role)
You can assign them the role of an Admin – they have access to all items and can adjust/ delete any item created, or a editor- which enables them to see all items created but only be able to adjust items they created.
If you are wanting to add another website to your account you will have to click on the big red button “Create Apester Publisher”
