I’d be happy to deactivate and re-install but I’m not sure how without dashboard access….anyone know the answer. I’ve been reading forums but everyone’s issue seemed to be different than mine.
The problem is the screen simply goes blank. Nothing happens when I try to go into the dashboard.
I can login and access all the pages, but I can’t get into the back end –the dashboard to do anything with the website….the posts, the theme, the badging approvals, etc. It’s only been about a week.
