my web host sent me the errors above and then I deactivated because it was causing problems with people reseting passwords and the general operation of the site… when I first installed it worked fine
then about the 13h the site started wigging out and google is reporting errors again… still trying to get to the bottom of it all but if I activate this plugin it triggers a lot of malfunction
I had deactivated the plugin because it was the source of the conflict that caused the site to not work properly , but do I need to delete it completely?? If so Im not sure how to delete the plugin and keep the settings??
Its the user role @steveattwell talks about above
“I was having this same issue. Took me ages to get it to work. Not saying that you had the same problem but for me it wasn’t a plugin conflict it was a use role related issue in Ultimate member. I went into the Settings->user role and then for the role of the user make sure ‘Can edit their profile?’ is checked. That was it for me…”
I had not noticed any problem as an admin because the option was turned on for me… my testing crew found the bug and I was freaking out…. Thanks to steve I only have to update 50 roles…LOL
