No jobs show in the plugin settings queue.
just the wp_options row

No to power-up. Only Autoptimize plugin is installed.
How many jobs in the queue? 2,369
Is ao_ccss_queue being triggered every 10 mins? Yes
What is request limit? 5
Aggregate? Yes.
