I just had the same problem. Found out that the new update for CFORMS was the issue. Just deactivate CFORMS if you have installed the latest version.
Kells: It’s a memorylimit by your host so you can’t change it! Correct me if I’m wrong!
Worked fine in 2.5 for me… also in 2.6 for one of my blogs, but got a PHP errro on another blog when I installed the latest version (2.0) of the plugin.
