Nowhere does this option show on my dashboard:
Settings » Disable Updates Manager
Nowhere.
@serafinnyc I didn’t do anything. There is a plugin that automatically updating and I need to find out where I can disable that.
@jdembowski I’ll check with my host.

Re-checked … siteurl and home MATCH on both myPhpAdmin AND Dashboard.
So, what else could be causing my User not to be able to login and see the Toolbar/Dashboard?

Hello,
Checked …. on the Dashboard both are absent of “www” in the address; on wp-options, they are included in the URL …. This is the only difference. Does that matter?
