    Hey Mirko!

    Thanks for the input. You’re correct, this site has a lot of plugins – way too many. I’m currently in the process of reducing their numbers.

    I’m going to try your suggestions but it’s probably going to take a while. The website is very active and I can only do maintenance work late in the evenings when there are fewer visitors on the site.

    When looking at the system stats, can I assume that this problem doesn’t come from the outdated child theme files? Like title.php, archive-product.php, thankyou.php, etc.? This way I know not to hire a backend dev to fix them.

    There are plans to move the site to a different theme with way fewer plugins, but right now, I’m just looking for a quick fix to an urgent problem.

    I was told that everything was working perfectly until at some point it just stopped working. The only change I did was to raise the PHP memory limit, but that can hardly be the cause, right? After that, I tried everything else listed above.

    Since this is a client’s site, I’m not very comfortable sharing their URL publicly, so I replaced it with website.com.

    Hi raducan,

    I’ve been monitoring the Neve updates closely to see if there’s any mention of the problem I’m having, but since I didn’t notice anything, I didn’t update the theme.

    Anyway, after your question, I gave it another go and now it seems to be working. So, thank you for bringing this topic back up!

    Yes, the problem only appears on WordPress “pages”. The WordPress “posts” are not affected (the link you provided is a post).

    I went ahead and disabled everything apart from both of the Elementor plugins and the Really Simple SSL (which I can’t disable without reverting my whole site back to HTTP) but the titles still stayed hidden.

    I also did a couple of rollbacks and figured out that the problem starts with 2.3.4 version (if this is of any help).

    ATM I’m going to rollback to the 2.3.3 version because I really don’t want the titles to stay hidden. But if you need me to update to the latest version, let me know.

    Hi,

    I did the rollback again because I didn’t want to leave the pages without the titles for too long. Sorry about that. The problem still persists.
