This image show my friend is already admin on the App and when he click on it he have three options, and one for leave his admin permission.

As it’s shown on your image, my app is “In Development” and the 3 peoples in the administrator tab are not pending. https://prnt.sc/kvzvli

So it should work well like it works for you, but nope.. it work for me but my friend still hit the permission error.

PS: You talked about the facebook page ?

both of you are app admin,page admin and the app is in development mode

My newly created Facebook apps(v3.0+) work well for me without Facebook Approval.
My question is, Why is it working for me but not for my friend ? Is the app limited to his creator ?
