In reply to: [PHP Compatibility Checker] specific hook codeActually I think I am probably a bit out of my depth here. WP-Control probably does not complete the scan a bit at a time, as I had been imagining.
Better to just minimise plugins before PHP upgrade then add them one at a time and see what happens.

I probably did not explain myself very well. I was getting pages on my List Changes display that had unchanged content because I had been setting up page categories on all pages.
Actually the “Published on” date displayed on a pages Edit screen seems to be called <wp:post_date>.

In reply to: [Country Specific Menu Items] Show / Hide malfunctionThis plugin does not seem to be working as well for me as it does for quite a few other users so I think it would be wise to look for possible anomilies on my system in order to increase my chances of getting meaningful support.
Next port of call – look for possible duplicate / confilcting entries in SQL database for plugin.

Until now I have been using an old menu I created some months ago when I first tried Country.specific menu items. Now I have CREATED a NEW menu from scratch. Things are a bit different with this new menu.
– “Only show” in USA excludes it for me, in UK
– “Hide from” UK does not exclude it for me <– PROBLEM
– Not sure whether “Only show” in UK excludes it for all other countriesForum: Plugins

I set up Google Feedburner, created a new Feedburner address for my feed then installed RS-Feedburner plugin and re-directed my feed to new address.
My wordpress pages now appear more quickly, complete with RSS feed list.
