Unfortunately, I don’t have a smart phone. I was sent an email from Google listing the three problems shown above. When I do the editing in WordPress, I click on the smartphone icon to see what it looks like, and indeed it looks pretty bad. I’m using Sydney which is updated all of the time, so I don’t know why these problems exist.

I have logged into my cPanel, and I can’t even find that file. Am I missing something on how to find the file?
