it is not a cache problem, when I add text in the title it appears under this this text and doesn’t replace it like it should

this is the link for the page, every quiz I have its getting this title, where can I edit it from?
the only thing there is in each quiz page is the shortcode of the quiz

Im trying to change the main title of my quiz, its still showing english text instead of the hebrew why?
I mean the title on top of the image
