I’d recommend trying to disable plugins and see if that stops the problem occurring. You may also want to try temporarily using a different theme.

In reply to: [WP Gallery Custom Links] Plugging is not working with Divi ThemeCould you provide a link to your site(s) so I can see a page where you believe the plugin should be working but isn’t – usually this is caused by a gallery plugin within the theme that overrides the normal WP gallery. Our plugin only works with the normal WP gallery.
