Sorry, should’ve been a little more descriptive… the admin dashboard in /wp-admin/ for all sites. We just simply configured the widgets to pull in our RSS feeds using this feature: http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Dashboard_Screen#Expanding.2C_Collapsing.2C_and_Editing.2C_Modules
We used a default blog template plugin to then replicate that configuration throughout all of our new (recent) sites, but the upgrade defaulted all the RSS feeds back to “WordPress Blog” and “Other WordPress News” on all of the sites.
