I’m also having this problem. Products are appearing in the backend of Facebook but I can’t search for items on the front end even though they’re active and visible according to the backend.
So how does it know what items already exist? Does it go by SKU or title etc?
FYI This is for a fresh sync, I have not used this app yet so there’s no linking products to update yet.
