Just wanted to let you know that the campaign is now working correctly — even outside incognito mode. I tested it using the Live Site Inspector, and yesterday all display rule conditions were marked as fulfilled (green checkmarks), but the popup still didn’t show up.
Today, under exactly the same conditions, the campaign displays properly and works as expected. I haven’t changed anything critical in the settings, so I assume it may have been a temporary issue with initialization or caching.
