The plugin, WC and AP are all up to date with the latest versions on staging. It’s the live site that is not up to date on WC and plugin.
I think it is yours or WC that is causing the conflict as everything else was fine and it only happened after I updated to woocommerce version 9.7.1 / yith woocommerce compare version 2.48.0.
I cant see the url in your screenshot – are you sure that is on the staging site as all of the other devices and platforms I have tested this on I cannot get the compare to display and pull through so not sure how you managed to do it your side?
Sorry @juaancmendez I put the live link on my original thread instead of the staging site and then followed up with an email to Carla to share with you that had all the additional details in that I mentioned earlier! My bad!
Hi @juaancmendez that screenshot is from the live site which hasn’t been updated. If you try it on staging2.tglobaltechnology.com you should see the errors.
I’ve updated the compare plug in on our staging site a few weeks ago hoping that it would be the fix I was looking for as I hadn’t heard anything back on here and it’s just made things worse, none of my products display on mobile in portrait mode now and the compare button is still missing.
