I had the same issue stated here. After configuring the SMTP (WP SMTP), all the notification worked fine.
Also, when I submitted the form again,got the mail notification to user and admin. But for the confirmation and reject, I am unable to get the notification. Why?

When configured this at the beginning, I got the email notification from the same web server. Suddenly it stopped the working. Is that related to the web host? Are you sure?
Okay. When I checked the plugin code I felt the same as your answer. But I am not getting the post count on auto post submission. Do you have any idea regarding this error?
