I figured it out.
By using the above mentioned paragraph, and putting [Checkbox-350] (corresponding to the checkbox created), it worked.

can you tell me if this is the correct way to put it:
[checkbox* checkbox-350 your-recipient “Booking|****@*****.org”
“Other|*****@****.com”]
and do i put both email addresses in the ‘to’ field under the ‘mail’-tab ?
