Thanks for your help and suggestions. I’ll contact you through berocket for anything further.
I fixed the filters by removing all the symbols from the slug.
I’m just still having problems with the slider using the custom order. Instead it keeps wanting to use alphabetical order. I was able to sort of work around it by using a hair space to trick the sorting to pick the right one first.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Admin] Buggy pre-alphaThat’s my whole point lol. It’s not production ready!
My complaint is when I upgraded to a recent version of WooCommerce it was being pushed as the newer and better and was installed automatically along with the WooCommerce update.
Unless I’m remembering incorrectly there was no indication that it should not be used on active sites, in fact I don’t even recall any mention of beta status (but might be wrong on that).
So basically it was pushed out to many active sites with a WooCommerce update and there was adequate information.Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [WooCommerce Admin] Database floodingI get this every single day all the time no matter what. Ridiculous. I only ran the WC Admin import process once.
My orders jump thousands every few days.
I noticed the bug report was closed off prematurely while researching. Definitely seems prematurely available. Just deactivated the plugin.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Invoices for WooCommerce] Invoice number different from the order numberFor me I’m running the latest version, but using previous version of the template as the latest version broke the template and wasn’t showing the company details.

In reply to: [Advanced AJAX Product Filters] Range slider with custom attributesOk cool, is there a demo of the full version with a range slider with custom attributes? I want to be sure it’s suitable first. Also can it take alphanumeric strings, or just numerical values?

In reply to: [Invoices for WooCommerce] Invoice number different from the order numberI’m experiencing this too. I have it set to use Woocommerce order number NOT sequential invoice number but it’s still doing a sequential number.
This and my previous post (about template not working) suggests that the last two versions were released with almost completely no testing?
I’ve never had a plugin update with so many bugs.
I’ll probably revert back to the last version that actually worked, 2.9.16 I believe. In fact I’ll probably ditch this plugin altogether and try a different plugin with more features I already paid for but didn’t have a chance to set up yet.Anyone else wanting to revert to older version can do so from here under “PREVIOUS VERSIONS”.

In reply to: [ATUM WooCommerce Inventory Management and Stock Tracking] Multiple SuppliersHi Mohammad, make sure you’re running the latest version. There is a new “Multiple Suppliers” option in purchase orders which allows you to override the product supplier and add any product to a purchase order. However you can still only set one supplier in the product itself.
@stockmanagementlabs thanks for adding the feature request. I was wondering if in a future update you can allow adding multiple suppliers from within the product itself rather than the purchase orders. Maybe move the “Purchase price ($)” to inventory and have something like this:
Supplier 1
Supplier 1 SKU
Supplier 1 Purchase price ($)[Add New Supplier Button]
By clicking on the add new supplier button it will add another supplier
Supplier 1
Supplier 1 SKU
Supplier 1 Purchase price ($)Supplier 2
Supplier 2 SKU
Supplier 2 Purchase price ($)[Add New Supplier Button]
Anyway that was just a thought.
I meant serial number tracking which is separate to SKU tracking. I’m not sure what you mean by SKU tracking?
The SKU identifies the product. The serial number identifies a single item and is unique, each item will have a unique serial number even if it is the same product (and same sku).
Tracking serial numbers are very important for high value products and a requirement for warranty purposes from many of my suppliers. It is also very helpful to prevent warranty fraud.
Let’s say for example I sell one particular laptop model. All laptops of that model will have the same SKU as they are the same product. However each individual laptop will have their own unique serial number. Let’s say I receive a shipment of 10 laptops from one supplier and 5 of the same laptops from a different supplier (perhaps the main supplier only had 10 but I needed 15). I will record which laptops I receive from each supplier by keeping track of the serial numbers. Usually this would be done by adding the serial numbers to the purchase order once the shipment arrived. When I sell a laptop I will again record the serial number on the customers order.
If the customer returns the laptop I can then check the order to make sure the serial numbers match, I can also check which supplier I purchased the laptop and send it back for replacement/refund to the correct supplier.
It’s a common scam for people to buy a product and then return a different damaged item (still the same product) for a refund. They then keep the original that’s in good condition and still get a refund, effectively getting a free product. The only way to prevent this is to closely keep track of every serial number.

In reply to: [ATUM WooCommerce Inventory Management and Stock Tracking] Multiple SuppliersHi,
Just had a thought.
What if I set the default/main supplier in the product? If I want to do a Purchase Order from a different supplier I manually change the supplier for the product, after I’ve finished the purchase order I can then change it back to the default afterwards. Will this break anything for previous purchase orders?Looking at your road map, and previous 2 support posts re. features, it’s definitely worth 5 stars once more of the features have been released 🙂
