Found a solution.

The Block Editor was messing with the plugin.

Just disabled under Events → Settings → General the “Activate Block Editor for Events” option.

Now it´s working again.

Found multiple instances of Jetpack in the server log (today):

192.0.89.25
192.0.87.119
192.0.87.164
192.0.89.65
192.0.87.169
192.0.86.79
