Can you explain more about how the “2. Activate Subscribe Button” setting is intended to work?
- Is it supposed to rewrite the html and change the element IDs?
- Do you know of any Javascript changes it is supposed to impose?

Here you go:
1. Go to Buttons tab.
2. Enable “2. Activate Subscribe Button”.
3. Go down to “DISPLAY ORDER” section on the buttons tab.
Expected: “Subscribe”
Actual: “Subcribe” (typo)

Thank you for the link. So am I correct that there is no git repo against which people can submit PRs, correct?
