It just doesn’t work with Oceanwp. The other themes are all fine with it.
I tested Astra theme, Storefront theme, and Twenty Twenty theme as well.

and Mobile and table menu icon displays well not only PC menu text is displayed.

Please try both on PC and mobile. It’s working fine on PC but not working on Mobile.
