In reply to: [Ocean Extra] Elementor and Oceanwp conflictI have had a discussion with another website designer who has suggested the disappearing product may have something to do with the Siteground cache that is activated on the site. The product that disappears is set to not show for customers in the US & Canada and maybe this is causing the cache to show that version of the page to viewers outside those areas. I’ll have a word with my hoting company, Siteground, and see if they think that may be a possibility.

In reply to: [Ocean Extra] Elementor and Oceanwp conflictOn the live site, as a workaround, I used images and buttons with links to the single product pages. The Woocommerce loop gets broken when I use the Woo-products widget in Oceanwp. I will set up an older version on localhost and try to show you what happens.

Thanks for the quick replyJust to update you. I created another section and placed some text and this seems to be working OK! The original section still has the problem with alignment. I haven’t worked out why yet, but at least I can move on with the project.

jonimadThanks for the response Boaz. No I’m not using a caching plugin. I tried deactivating all other plugins but it made no difference.
