Actually, even without just one criterion (user EQUALS TO me), I’m not getting alert notifications. (Other plugins on my site that use email work fine.) Does this feature work at all? Is this plugin still supported?

I give up. I can’t seem to post the character sequence without it converting itself. Here it is, graphically:

Thanks, Chad. I’m glad you were able to confirm this.

For now, my satisfactory workaround is to append the character ⮟ (ampersand-hash-11167-semicolon) to the title of my main menu item. It’s static, but I think it looks quite nice, actually.

I have no idea exactly when it disappeared, other than that it was after the last time I needed to change its settings (when it was missing) and the time before that (when it wasn’t).

I tried deactivating and reactivating, and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. The menu never came back. I imagine that there’s something else conflicting with it in my setup, perhaps another plug in.

Unfortunately, I don’t have the bandwidth to troubleshoot this for you. Because of this issue and the other that I reported, I’ve found another, equally good 2FA plugin that works well for me.

Good luck figuring this out. You have a nice plugin, and it’s nice of you to offer it for free. I hope you’re able to reproduce the issue and resolve it.

Thanks, but because of this issue and the other that I reported, I’ve found an alternative plugin that I’m happy with and that doesn’t interfere with WP-Members.

I’d respectfully encourage you to fix this issue for the benefit of future users who might also want to use your plugin with WP-Members, which is also quite popular.

You were correct. I deactivated my plugs in one by one, and the conflict appears to be with miniOrange Google Authenticator, which I use on my site for 2-factor authentication.

I have no idea how to resolve the conflict, but I’ve posted the request below in the other plugin’s forum to see if the developers at miniOrange have any ideas.
