Oh I see, it’s the Siteground Optimizer plugin, which is provided by the hosts, that implements memcached in WordPress (amongst other things). https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/sg-cachepress/
I’m not using multisite or anything like that at the moment.

I don’t understand why you need the plugin zip file when you write the plugin?
I have the same, its just a white screen visible.
