Yes, I did deactivate all plugins. The issue didn’t seem to be connected to a plugin. I did resolve the issue though! Thanks for your help!
I am having trouble finding the panel option as well. I can only see menu options under theme options. I have updated Jetpack and have uninstalled and reinstalled all of the plugins I have active. I was able to see the panels option when I first installed the theme but it has since disappeared. Any ideas how I can get it to come back?
