Yes, it does not sync if I modify too many records at once. A few days ago I updated the Web Sync Time on ~5k Accounts, and none of those records have been updated. It is as though the records have not been changed at all. When I ran a smaller batch of just 5 records, those updated fine within the 5 minute query window we are using. Any idea why that might be?
Ultimately what I am trying to do is that I have mapped new fields from Salesforce that I need to be added to the equivalent users in WordPress. If there is another way to do that, I would like to know!
